O’Born was named TPH’s youngest top-performing manager across Canada at just 22 years of age, which is the same age that her father was when he began the company – in 1961. In 1989, she launched a subsidiary called TPH Image House, which kept the company in front of the desktop-publishing revolution. Today, O’Born oversees TPH’s 70-plus printing branches across Canada, employing some 450 people. O’Born has been on the Board of Junior Achievement Canada since 2008.
