The Canadian Printing Industries Sector Council (CPISC) has released a set of surveys aimed at Estimators, Sales Representatives and CSRs in the industry. The aim of the surveys is to establish a set of skill standards for people working in production support.
CPISC is also conducting a more general survey for the industry's thoughts on certification programs. This survey is divided into employer and employees and has a deadline of September 10, 2010.
