Refund/Cancellation Policy
Books
- » If you are not satisfied with your book, you may return it to us within thirty days of purchase.
- » We do not provide cash refunds. We will apply the cost of the book as a credit to the original credit card number that you provided at time of purchase.
- » Books must be returned in ‘as new’ condition to qualify for full refund.
- » Shipping charges are not refundable.
- » If you wish to return a book, please contact us for a return authorization in advance of shipping anything to us.
- » Your shipment should be checked immediately upon receipt to ensure accuracy of your order. Any discrepancies must be reported to us immediately.
Seminars
Registrants canceling more than 7 days before a scheduled seminar are entitled to a full refund of their registration fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to a scheduled seminar are entitled to a refund, less a $25 service fee.
