C.J. Graphics Buys Scodix Ultra Pro and SBC Media C.J. Graphics, led by Jay Mandarino, CEO and President of the C.J. Group of Companies, became the first company in North America to purchase a Scodix Ultra Pro with Scodix Foil. News of the purchase comes a week after the Toronto printer announced its Canada-first installation of a Highcon Euclid II+ system. Mandarino’s busy start to September also includes the acquisition of Toronto-based SBC Media, one of Canada’s leading sports lifestyle media companies. The acquisition of SBC Media includes six magazines, two annual guides and related digital properties, which will operate under the C.J. Oyster Publishing division of the C.J. Group.
