Kevin Wilken becomes President and Chief Executive Officer of Mark Andy Inc. of St. Louis, Missouri. He has been with the flexography press maker since 2008 in various engineering and operations roles.

Wilken served as Chief Operating Officer of Mark Andy for the past two years. During this period, he was responsible for launching products, planning continuous improvement for the company, and leading Mark Andy’s digital initiatives. Prior to Mark Andy, he worked for Brady Corporation in engineering and program management roles.

“We have worked diligently to develop market-leading products and services with five technical innovation awards in the last four years, [built] an un-matched service infrastructure and offering, a new consumables and supplies business, and a great pipeline of new products such as the Versa Max, ProLED, and Mark Andy Digital Series,” stated Wilken.

Mark Andy has also appointed Joe Calmese to a new position within the company as Director of Flexo Consumables, with the company’s Print Products division, where he will work directly with label printers, converters and other flexographic print businesses.

“I am excited to work with Mark Andy Print Products in pursuit of our mission to optimize converter profitability and to be a total solutions provider to in-line flexo label and packaging printers,” stated Joe Demharter, VP of MAPP Consumables business. “Joe Calmese is the right combination of visionary and leader.”
