Connecting for Results expands with three new hires

To meet the demands of its expanding customer base, Connecting for Results (CFR) engages industry experts Jim Lingenfelter and Parker MacDonald, plus Manraj Matharu, to join its team.

With expertise in sales and marketing, the addition of these three specialists enables CFR to expand its offering to clients in both Canada and the US, effective immediately.

A strategic creative, Lingenfelter specializes in helping companies to amplify their voice. With extensive experience in art direction, graphic design, video production, integrated marketing and branding, he joins Connecting for Results as innovation director in the USA. Lingenfelter is an expert in helping clients move their target customers to act, jumpstarting sales and helping organizations to grow and prepare for marketplace acquisitions or mergers. He is available to assist CFR clients with collaborative marketing assessments, discovering their unique messaging and creating compelling visual materials.

Parker MacDonald

An experienced sales professional, MacDonald has served the print industry for over 30 years. He has held a variety of roles as a consultative sales expert and leader, utilizing a strong blend of vision, accountability, objectivity and people skills. He excels at creating innovative long-term strategic plans, while maintaining short-term goals and objectives, delivering profitable solutions. MacDonald is available to help Canadian companies and decision-makers to succeed with business development, mergers and acquisitions, recruitment and print procurement automation.

A recent graduate of Ryerson University’s Graphic Communications Management program, Matharu joins CFR with a solid foundation of the latest technologies, processes and management techniques. With a passion for marketing, he is knowledgeable in corporate branding, communications and graphic design. A problem solver, Matharu isn’t afraid to think outside the box to provide creative solutions that get results. Skilled in graphic design and brand management, he joins the team as marketing administrator.
