As part of ongoing investment digital print, decor print provider Interprint GmbH, headquartered in Arnsberg, Germany, has ordered a new RotaJET digital web press – its third – from Koenig & Bauer.

The new press is scheduled to enter production in the first half of 2021. With the RotaJET 225, Interprint will be able to process web widths up to 225 cm.

“We are convinced that the future belongs to digital,” said Robert Bierfreund, Interprint’s managing director. “And with the digital printing technology offered by Koenig & Bauer, we can both accelerate product development and extend our design flexibility. For our customers, variable job volumes, longer repeat lengths and previously impossible colour combinations are becoming ever more important.”
