Emerson Installs HP Scitex FB950

Mississauga-based Emerson Group, a sign- and textile-printing company founded in 1986, has installed an HP Scitex FB950 machine with the ability to print at speeds of 861 square feet per hour.


Purchased from Ernest Green & Son, the UV-curable FB950 prints on both flexible and rigid medias, while reaching a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 600 dpi. The machine handles material dimensions of 98.4 x 80 inches, while an optional roller table can increase that maximum format size to 98.4 x 150 inches.

Emerson Group is a family-owned business and has produced wide-format work for leading brands like Coca-Cola, Dun & Bradstreet, FedEx Canada, Mother Parkers, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Mother Parkers and the National Lacrosse League.
