Entries now open for 2019 Canadian Printing Awards

PrintAction has launched the 14th annual Canadian Printing Awards featuring 38 categories, which celebrate some of the world’s best printing and use of technologies at a gala on November 7, 2019, at the Palais Royale in Toronto.

The 2019 program includes 24 printing categories, four print design categories, four environmental printing categories and six technology categories. The printing project categories continue to be the heart of the Canadian Printing Awards program, highlighting the importance of high-quality and efficient printing output, with categories spanning offset, web offset, toner and inkjet printing.

New this year, we are accepting nominations in the industry achievement categories:

John A. Young Lifetime Achievement Award*

The John A. Young Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an individual who has made significant contributions to the Canadian print industry over a 35-plus year career, excels in leadership and shows commitment to their community both within and out of the print industry.

Printing Leader of the Year*

The Printing Leader of the Year Award recognizes an individual who has made significant contributions to the Canadian print industry over their career, excels in leadership and shows commitment to their community both within and out of the print industry.

Emerging Leader of the Year (Under 35)*

The Emerging Leader of the Year Award recognizes an individual of 35 years of age or under who demonstrates a strong work ethic, leadership, initiative and a unique ability to guide and inspire others in the industry.

Community Leader of the Year*

The Community Leader of the Year Award recognizes an individual whose services/actions have made a meaningful contribution or impact on their community.

Submissions must be received by SEPT. 12, with early bird entry pricing available until August 2. All winners will be announced during the 14th annual edition of the Canadian Printing Awards, at a 250-capacity gala event at Palais Royale in Toronto on November 7.
