March 11 - March 12, 2021

On March 11th and 12th, 2021, students enrolled in Ryerson University’s Graphic Communications Management (GCM) program will be hosting the annual GCM Colloquium, a professional, academic and networking event, virtually for the first time.

The GCM Colloquium brings together students and industry professionals from across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond to discuss the current trends and developments in the graphic arts industry with a new theme every year.

Typically, the event would have been run in one evening, featuring a keynote address, panel discussion and an information reception. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event will be hosted digitally for the first time. The event is set to include panels, workshops, networking opportunities and a keynote address.

The event will be run by faculty advisor Reem El Asaleh, associate professor, and co-faculty advisor Donna Abdelrazik, contract lecturer, alongside a team of third- and fourth-year students.
