The Ryerson GCM Job Fair on March 26, 2020, provides employers with an opportunity to connect with determined students seeking summer internships or full-time career positions. Last year there were 80 companies interviewing. It is free to attend, but registration is required.

The Job Fair has time for both structured interviews and open networking. As an employer, you can expect to directly interview approximately 19 students — 11 potential interns and 8 graduating students — and you are encouraged you to speak with and collect resumes from as many other students as you’d like.

Interns are generally finishing their third year and are looking for full-time work from May to August. They are required to complete at least 420 hours of work before graduation. Internships must be paid, with the salary negotiated between the company and student.

The deadline for employer registration is March 13.
