August 7, 2012  By

Ferrostaal, named in August 2011 as the master distributor of Ryobi presses in Canada and the United States, announced plans to start distributing the Ryobi 760E press in North America.

The new Ryobi 760E series press is based on what the company describes as its most-successful modern press, the Ryobi 750. Both machines are designed with double-diameter impression and transfer cylinders. While the 750 model is available in up to 10 colours with perfecting, the 6-up 760E press is available in up to six colours with perfecting.

“A growing number of printers in the U.S. and Canada tell us they need an economy-priced press like this – one that delivers unmatched quality, ease of operation and low maintenance at a low total cost-per-impression,” said John Torrey, CEO of Ferrostaal Equipment Solutions North America. “Importantly, when operating at maximum power, this press consumes 20 percent less power than competing presses, significantly cutting electricity costs and reducing environmental impact.”
