Four industry veterans join Connecting for Results

To meet demand from its growing customer base, Connecting for Results, a strategic consulting organization, has added Andrew Gage, Amin Mourad, Frank Kerr and Serge Trajkovich to its team, effective immediately.

The industry is currently facing challenges. According to the company, it “will benefit from the different areas of expertise the team brings,” which includes expanded capabilities in corporate strategy and execution; marketing services and corporate relations; paper, consumables and supply chain management; and packaging and pre-press.

The organization says it is uniquely positioned to “bring buyers and sellers together and execute transactions that maximize results for all parties. Leveraging their in-depth and extensive industry knowledge with a time-tested methodology, company experts will develop and implement winning strategies for both sellers and buyers.”

Led by principals Gord Griffiths and Bob Dale, Connecting for Results has significant success in planning and executing print management strategy, experience making acquisitions that build value and managing the transformation required to integrate merging organizations.

Andrew Gage has a track record of generating revenue growth and improving operations and bottom-line profit, with a focus on marketing services. Andrew started his career as a consultant at E&Y and was a partner and senior executive at Marshall Fenn, a leading Canadian marketing consultancy providing B2B and B2C consulting, marketing automation software and print management solutions.

Amin Mourad is a corporate executive and leader with extensive experience in directing and managing publicly held and privately owned companies, both large and small, including  Quebecor World, TC Transcontinental, Data Group (Relizon Canada), Cascades Paperboard (Somerville Packaging), Rossmar Inc., Continental Can, Genstar (Inland Cement) and SNC.

Frank Kerr brings 40 years of experience in the North American paper and print industry to this role. Frank has held positions in sales, customer relationship management and general management. A member of the Canadian bobsled team early in his career, Frank expanded his knowledge and skills to become an expert in C1S label and wet-strength papers. During his career, Frank has worked for some of the largest mills in North America and has built long-lasting relationships with his customers, earning the reputation of a problem solver that delivers on his commitments.

Serge Trajkovich’s career has been focused on the management of sales, marketing, business development and operations for companies in the B2B space, specifically for the packaging industries and graphic communications. His business focus is relationship building and helping clients realize their ROI. His expertise includes general management, sales, business development, business management, business strategy, business planning and recruitment. Serge has worked with companies including Imaginex, Schawk, PLM Group, Transcontinental, PrintLink, Central Group and Encept Pre Media.
