One of the first Canadian companies to become involved with the environmental aspect of printing, Greenflow is involved with waste disposal, chemical recycling and disposal, and air quality. Some of the company’s more recent technology includes the PCX (Plate Chemistry Xtender) which is recycling and delivery system that reduces developer usage in CTP plate processors. The PCX system is built around an absorption cartridge that restores seasoned developer. Greenflow also recently introduced its HWIN management program to help printers organize their environmental requirements.

Founded in 1975, GTI manufactures colour viewing and inspection systems with an emphasis on the printing industry. The company is best known for its Graphiclite Color Viewing Systems, CMlite Color Matching Booths, and proprietary colour viewing lamps.

This includes ColorLinx version 8.0 that works with ink-key presetting, closed-loop colour control on press, and – using DynaLinx – remote customer colour approvals. The DynaLinx approval system allows customers and print buyers to remotely view and compare a digital soft proof versus a soft press sheet on the same monitor – in real time.
