Graphiscan acquires Quadriscan

Longueuil, Que.-based Graphiscan (formerly Imprimerie GR Ltd.) has acquired Montreal-based print company Quadriscan, effective Nov. 2, 2020. With this acquisition, Graphiscan now operates three printing plants in Alma, Longueuil and Montreal.

Graphiscan now employs nearly 110 specialists in graphic arts and printing that can serve markets including direct mail, wide format signage and digital printing.

“Graphiscan continues to progress despite the current economic context and shows that the printing market still holds a panoply of opportunities,” said Denis Gagnon, Graphiscan’s president, in a press release.
