Gord Griffiths becomes Chief Operating Officer of The Lowe-Martin Group, one of Canada’s largest private printing operations based in Ottawa and with a large production facility in Toronto.
A veteran manager of North America’s printing industry, Griffiths has held prominent leadership roles with Cenveo (Mailwell), as President and COO; Grafikom, as Interim Chief Executive Officer; Quebecor Printing and St. Joseph Printing. More recently, he has been providing consultative business services as a principal of Gordon Group Enterprises and BRS Jump.
Griffiths will report directly to Lowe-Martin’s CEO Ward Griffin, who last April moved to acquire Dollco Integrated Print Solutions, a large-scale publication and product marketing company also based in Ottawa. The acquisition combined two of Canada’s most historic and largest privately owned printers – with Lowe-Martin being founded in 1908 and Dollco in 1918 – into a $100 million operation.
