The Kirk Rudy Phoenix is described by Insource as leveraging fast, high-resolution inkjet print-head technology. Insource explains Phoenix meets the rigorous demands for printing variable addresses, graphics, dates, times, barcodes, serial numbers, and texts on coated and uncoated substrates. A modular design offers flexibility to combine the Phoenix with different technologies, such as feeding, UV curing and camera inspection. It allows users to print images and barcodes on products that can be rotated 90 degrees for faster throughput at higher resolutions with 4.25 inches of non-stitched print.

The Kirk-Rudy 535 tabbing system has production rates in excess of 40,000 tabs per hour combined with a roll capacity of nearly 50,000 tabs, while also being engineered to perform with less operator training and setup time. All major types of tabs as well as pressure sensitive stamps and labels of various shapes and sizes can be placed on a variety of products. The KR535 provides right or left edge tabbing, bump turn attachments, wide and fan-folded label kits along with a folder interface conveyor option.

The Kirk-Rudy 497 tipper has a high vacuum transport table to run inline with another machine or KR system. Vacuum belts carry product  beneath the hot melt applicator and the KR servo feeder. The KR 497 applicator handles a range of products and jobs, such as plastic cards, magnets and a variety of folded paper products. Users can place up three pieces onto a single carrier. The standalone feeder is can be mounted onto another product transport or web press.

Petratto Metro is a system for line-folding and gluing that can be applied to applications like packaging and direct mail, among others. It is possible to customize a machine to suit individual needs by adding modules like feeders, folding sections and turning devices, in which several units can be connected to produce complex applications, or work independently. The units can then be separated and used as independent machines to produce multiple applications.

The AstroJet M-Series Printers are designed for high-quality printing using Memjet print head technolog. The AstroJet M-Series allows for printing up to 1,600 x 1,600 dpi, working with a range media from plain paper to premium glossy and matte label and photo paper.
