K-North Inc., which sells and services Komori presses in Canada, has reached an agreement to be the sole Canadian distributor for the Finito line of adhesive blanket under-packing, as well as blankets with under-packing built into the blanket.
According to the company, the Finito No Stop product is a based on a completely new blanket design with high compression of the top surface. Finito No Stop provides for both high smash resistance and high printing quality, based on combining technology from conventional blankest with the technology of the under-packing finito.
The blanket is recommended for producers of high-quality sheetfed printing and packaging. It is suitable for both standard and UV inks. In particular, the blanket’s high compression rate makes it applicable for a range of packaging applications.
