Kodak expands its printing plate distribution partnerships with the addition of #1 Network Inc., which is a group of close to 20 member companies. The #1 Network is owned by its dealer members, which sell a range of equipment, supplies and services in the Canadian and United States graphic communications industries.
The #1 Network membership includes: Advantage Litho Supply; A P Graph; Dales & Graphic Systems; Digital Paper Source; Ernest Green & Son; G. E. Richards Graphic Supplies; Great Western Ink/IS&E; Image Control Systems Northwest; Image Depot; JB Enterprises; Mac Papers; Mueller Graphic Supply; The Murphy Company; The Oldham Group; SAS Graphic Supply; Sooner Graphic Supply; The Tripp Company; and Walker Supply Co.
Defined as a Silver Reseller of Kodak technologies, the #1 Network will provide a portfolio of Kodak’s digital plates, including Sonora XP and Sonora News process-free plates, as well as Sword Excel thermal plates. “Adding the line of Kodak digital plates to our product portfolio enables us to tap excellent technologies for offset, packaging, and newspaper printing,” stated Mike O’Neal, President, #1 Network.
