Since 1955 the Sign Association of Canada (SAC-ACE) has focused on promoting the welfare of the sign industry, with the goal of improving the status of its members in the community. However, the Sign Association of Canada explains that the traditional boundaries of the sign industry have expanded due to the rapidly changing level of technology and the evolution of the commercial marketplace.
