After its Annual General Meeting in late July 2011, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG will have a new Supervisory Board helping to steer the German press manufacturer into the future.

Lone Fønss Schrøder (age 51) and Dr. Herbert Meyer (64) are to be put forward as members of the Supervisory Board at the company’s July 28 meeting.

From Copenhagen, Denmark, Schrøder is a non-managerial member of the administrative bodies of several foreign companies, including Volvo Personvagnar AB, Sweden, and NKT Holding AB, Denmark.

Current board Chairman Dr. Mark Wössner (72) is scheduled to resign at the Annual General Meeting and the Supervisory Board intends to elect Robert J. Koehler (62), Chief Executive Officer of SGL Carbon SE, as his successor. Koehler has been a member of the Heidelberg Supervisory Board since 2003.
