Andrew P. Hines becomes interim Chief Financial Officer for Montréal-based World Color Press Inc. Hines has held senior finance positions with several major corporations like RJR Nabisco, OMC, Adidas, F.W. Woolworth & Co. and C.P. Kelco. RJR Nabisco was purchased by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. (KKR).

Former KKR partner, Mark Angelson, the current Chairman and CEO of World Color, said, “I am very pleased that Andy has agreed to join World Color as CFO on an interim basis. I have worked with him in the past, and he will stay with us as long as we need him. His extensive experience across many industries with large and small companies will be a great asset to World Color and our finance team.”

Hines’ office will be located at World Color’s corporate headquarters in Montréal. Since 2000, Hines has been managing partner of Hines & Associates, which is described as a “restructuring and financial management advisory firm.” Hines, a former United States Marine, began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He graduated from St. John’s University.
