Imprimerie L’Empreinte of Montreal, celebrating its 25th year in business, has completed the installation of a Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 105 6+L press.
The company occupies 58,000 square feet at the centre of the city and has 115 employees. The company says they are currently experiencing a growth period. “We pride ourselves on being a high quality printer and offering our customers more than just a quote,” says Sebastien Chartrand, Director of Operations and pressroom manager. “We have a team of CSRs that work directly with accounts to make sure that our customers’ concepts become a reality.” He goes on to describe how even difficult ink motifs were easily produced on the XL 105 and how the press is 50 percent faster than the other presses in the plant.
A perennial winner at the Grand Gutenberg awards, Imprimerie L’Empreinte also deals with multi-channel marketing, website development, design, and even mailing services.. The company was founded in 1986 in a 5000 square foot plant with eight employees.
