Industry veteran Bob Dale honoured by Toronto university

Connecting for Results’ COO and senior vice-president Bob Dale earns a G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer award from the Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU).

A celebration of exceptional volunteer service to the university, the award recognizes Dale’s ongoing commitment and contribution to the life of the university.

In 2020, Dale initiated Print Wisdom, a student mentorship program to help Graphic Communications Management (GCM) program students transition from academic life to the workplace. The program connects students with print professionals to help provide industry knowledge and support in career exploration. In the midst of a transitioning workforce, the program was designed to help nurture young people and to support the industry for future success. To date, Print Wisdom has connected over 40 students with print professionals and is being modelled by schools and trade associations across Canada.

“I am honoured to receive this award. It’s a pleasure supporting future leaders as they take their first steps outside the classroom. I have a long history with the GCM program, so this award means a lot to me,” said Dale.
