Pronto Reproductions boosts digital power with iGen 5 + White

L to R: Jason Burlington, Wayne Burlington and Thomas Burlington Pronto Reproductions Ltd., based in Mississauga, Ont., recently added to its line-up of litho offset and digital printing presses with the installation of a new Xerox iGen 5 digital press for short-run capabilities.
“We’re excited to add this powerful piece of equipment to our company. With the new expanded format sheet size – 14.33 x 26 inches – and added fifth colour station for white and clear dry ink, the print possibilities will be infinite for our clients,” says Thomas Burlington, General Manager at Pronto Reproductions Ltd.
The iGen 5 features 2,400 x 2,400-dpi imaging, matte toner, white and clear ink, an extended gamut for PMS colour reproducibility, heavyweight capacity up to 24 pt., enhanced variable data capability and Xerox’s Object Oriented Halftoning, Xerox Confident Colour and Auto Density Control.
