Eastman Kodak has named a new Chairman to replace the outgoing Antonio Perez: James V. Continenza will take over the position effectively immediately. Perez will remain on the Eastman Kodak board of directors.

Continenza has been a Kodak director since April this year. He also serves on the board of Tembec Corp. He was previously a director for Hawkeye Renewables, Anchor Glass Container Corp., Rath-Gibson, Inc., Rural Cellular Corp. U.S. Mobility Inc. Maxim Crane Works, Inc., Arch Wireless Inc. and Microcell Telecommunications Inc.
