Le Progres du Saguenay Upgrades CTP

Le Progres du Saguenay, the publisher of regional daily newspaper Le Quotidien in Chicoutimi, Quebec, has installed a new Fujifilml Luxel V-8 SAL CTP.

The device allows the paper to increase its plate production speed from 15 plates an hour to 50 plates. The increased speed will allow the paper to extend its editorial deadlines providing more up-to-the-minute coverage. The EcoPro Neutralizer cleans the effluent from plate processing to a point where they can safely be poured down the drain.
