Quebec print house Pazazz is welcoming Marc Giroux as president of The Pazazz Group, effective immediately, where he will assume leadership and operational duties with the senior management team reporting directly to him.
“I truly believe that hiring a leader like Marc was critical in our overall plan to generate tremendous growth and bring structure to our multiple business units,” said founder Warren Werbitt. “Having a partner like Marc is crucial in order for us to enter our next growth phase, and I am very confident Marc’s leadership will have an immediate impact both internally and in the marketplace. As we take on larger clients with more demanding needs – we will need to improve our technology and processes – and Marc will be fundamental in executing these changes.”
Giroux joins Pazazz with more than 18 years of experience working for a manufacturing company that experienced hyper-growth and a complete re-organization of its business processes. His immediate focus at Pazazz will be to review all internal systems, reorganizing certain departments and teams as well as focusing on the overall corporate culture.
