Mimaki USA has announced that it is consolidating its Northeast presence by closing its Boston-area office and expanding sales, support and applications capabilities at its state-of-the-art Rockaway, NJ Technology Center.
The company has continued to invest in regional Technology Centers across the Americas, including the Center in New Jersey, which was recently expanded to make it possible for customers to see Mimaki’s newest digital inkjet printing solutions, but also work alongside dealer sales and application specialists to preflight specific applications prior to purchase.
To ensure growth and support for Mimaki dealers and end-users, the company focuses on re-evaluating how it operates, which leads to decisions such as the one to consolidate the Boston and New Jersey locations.
“We believe this consolidation and investment in the Northeast is the right decision for continued growth in the region,” said Naoya Kawagoshi, president of Mimaki USA Inc.
Continuity of sales and service in the northeast region will continue under the leadership of Mike Trotter, the company’s northeast regional manager.
