In early 2020, Montreal-based Champion Imaging Group completed the installation of a new large-format printer. Following their visit to the Printing United show in Autumn 2019, Champion Imaging opted for the Anapurna H3200i LED from AGFA.

“When we saw the AGFA 10 feet hybrid option, with all the versatility, print quality and speed of this machine…it was for us the best value for our money,” said Champion Imaging’s production manager Pat Perrotta.

Established in 1975, Champion Imaging started as a photo lab and today is one of Canada’s leading producers of larger format colour graphics for the advertising, retail, display, and signage industries. In addition, the company offers high resolution scans, design, and graphics, and a full mounting and laminating department.

The AGFA Anapurna H3200i LED is a UV LED Hybrid printer that can print rigid and flexible materials up to 10 ‘wide with average print speeds of 500 square feet per hour. The machine is a valuable addition to Champion Imaging’s already extensive collection of printing equipment, including the company’s two full-size Lambda printers.
