EFI Acquires Matan and Reggiani Macchine Within a matter of four days, Guy Gecht, CEO of EFI, announced the purchase of two inkjet-development companies, including: Matan Digital Printers of Israel, which fills a portfolio gap in grand-format printing, and Reggiani Macchine of Italy, which represents EFI’s first move into textiles. The purchases are collectively worth more than $100 million. Reggiani, to be known as EFI Reggiani, has customers in more than 120 countries served by distribution network with agents in over 40 countries, while Matan has a workforce of approximately 70 people. >> Learn More…
