Shanghai Electric Agrees to Sell Goss to AIP Chinese industrial technology giant enters into an agreement to sell Goss International, a global web-offset printing press supplier, to New York’s American Industrial Partners (AIP), which currently controls Presstek and previously held majority interests in both Mark Andy and Day International. Founded in 1989, AIP is a middle-market private equity firm that invests in North American industrial businesses, holding more than $1 billion in assets.
