This fall, PrintAction launched the Champions of Print Awards to recognize individuals or companies in the Canadian print industry that have made a significant contribution to their community or demonstrated innovation to meet community or Canadian needs during COVID-19.

In the fourth and final episode of the series, Kavita Sabharwal-Chomiuk, editor of PrintAction, spoke with Chris Pereira, president of C17 Media Inc., to discuss how the company produced and donated face shields and other PPE to local hospitals during the pandemic. The company also displayed innovation by retooling some of its existing machinery to produce the PPE.
