Polar for Teldon Print

October 12, 2010  By

Based in Richmond, BC, Teldon Print Media recently added a Polar 137 XT cutting system to its in-house bindery department, which handles toner, sheetfed offset and web offset press work.

Teldon’s Polar 137 XT cutter, sold through Heidelberg Canada, includes an automatic jogger with weigh-scale, stack lift, and Transomat Unloader. In additional to traditional commercial printing substrates, the machine has the ability to work with materials like cardboard, chipboard and plastic foils.

Teldon Print Media is self-described as Western Canada’s largest independently owned printer, which, in addition to its printing and finishing capabilities, also offers mail, distribution and fulfillment services. The company, with additional sales offices in Victoria, Calgary and Edmonton, runs two sister companies in Teldon Marketing and Teldon Publishing.
