Print Three Dixon Buys Duplo

March 16, 2010  By

Print Three Dixon, a franchise printing firm based out of Mississauga, Ontario, has purchased a Duplo DC645 slitter, cutter and creaser from Sydney Stone.

The DC645 is a finishing device for toner-printed documents. The Duplo has a modular design, which allows the operator to quickly add or remove finishing components, according to the manufacturer.

The machine performs up to six slits, 15 cuts and 10 creases in one pass at up to 26 sheets per minute. The DC645 takes into account the unique nature of toner-printed documents and its tendency to crack under folding and also removes the white borders, creating a full-bleed look.
