
Canadian
printing industry veteran Michael Cook passed away suddenly on November
21 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. He was 53 years old.
Cook
most recently worked as Sales Manager with Buntin Reid/Domtar Paper in
Mississauga, Ontario. Buntin Reid is one of the largest paper
distributors serving the Canadian printing industry.
Cook
was born in Stevenage, England, but moved to Toronto at a young age and
attended St. Michael’s College School where he was a valued member of
the football team. Following his post-secondary education, Cook joined
the printing and paper industry. He is survived by his wife and two
children.
