Rescue 7 Installs Watkiss PowerSquare

October 15, 2013  By

Rescue 7, a national health and safety training company based in Markham, Ontario, has installed a new Watkiss PowerSquare booklet-maker. The device allows the company to produce its 92-page booklets in-house.
“We selected the Watkiss PowerSquare 220 with High Capacity feeder because it fit exactly in-line with our requirements,” said Michele McCabe, General Manager at Rescue 7. “Our manuals were at the capacity limit with the other systems we were researching where the PowerSquare 220 capacity is in excess of what we currently need, this gives us options in the future.”
The Watkiss PowerSquare 220 provides sheet feeding, stitch, fold, spine press and face trimming up to 10mm thick (200 page booklet). The machine was purchased from Sydney Stone, which also plans to display a bookletmaker from the PowerSquare line at the upcoming Graphics Canada show.
Rescue 7, for over 14 years, have delivered its training programs to over 8,000 corporations across Canada and 250,000 participants.
