Roland DGA launches new social distancing signage solutions

July 2, 2020  By PrintAction Staff

As stores, restaurants, schools and businesses reopen amid COVID-19, a safe operating environment is required. To make it easier for print service providers to produce signage for these environments, Roland DGA has developed Social Distancing Signage Solutions. Offered in “build your own” packages, these include materials, hardware, software and free design templates needed to produce social distancing signage for health and safety.

The signage makes it simple and profitable for PSPs to provide floor graphics, decals, wall and window signage and yard signs to promote social distancing. The solutions were built around a Roland DG TrueVIS SG2-540 printer/cutter (or related model) and include print and cut social distancing signage templates, plus recommended accessories and media for a range of applications, and are customizable according to the customer’s specific needs. The free design templates (vector PDFs) can be easily downloaded and are available to anyone at no charge.

“These solutions provide everything required – the tools, templates and recommended media – to produce high quality social distancing signage in-house,” said Daniel Valade, Roland DGA product manager of Digital Print. “They simplify the process, allowing users to immediately begin offering the graphics needed to reopen safely and successfully.
