Digital print shops that require high speed creasing and trimming across a host of products, such as business cards and promotional items, will find “exceptional value” in the Morgana AutoCut Pro, says Sydney Stone.
With Tri-suction feeding that can handle paper weights of 120 to 350GSM and sheet sizes up to 27.5 inches long (with optional extended feed kit), the AutoCut Pro is said to crease up to 5,000 letter sized sheets per hour and finish a 250 business cards in less than two minutes.
“There has been a gap in the market for slit/cut and crease machines that are able to product production output at a reasonable budget. This Morgana AutoCut Pro has all the speed capacity and reliability coupled with a price point that makes it very attractive,” said Michael Steele of Sydney Stone.
The distributor describes the Morgana AutoCut Pro as able to be easily coupled with the Morgana AutoFold Pro to provide an end-to-end slit, cut, crease and fold solution. The optional Multi Purpose Stacker can be used to collect paper from print engines to move easily to other finishing devices, explains Sydney Stone.
“This latest multi-function finishing unit takes automation to the next level, along with a production speed suited to the busiest of print facilities. Regular formats can be stored within the system for fast and accurate push button production,” said Ray Hillhouse, General Manager of Morgana Systems.
Established in 1951, Sydney Stone is a distributor of print finishing equipment and supplies, importing and representing brands such as Morgana, MOHR, EBA, Vivid, Watkiss and Duplo.
