Vycom adds new product to its Celtec line

Vycom, a manufacturer of plastic sheet products, has expanded its Celtec line by adding Black to its DigiLite family of light density PVC sheets. The product is the company’s latest PVC sheet product designed to be used within a light-density signboard.

The DigiLite line, which is now available in both Black and White, offer an economical option that is approximately 15 per cent lighter than Celtec premium signboard sheets. The sheets offer superior ink adhesion for digital and screen-printing processes. They can be stained, varnished, laminated and cut.

The DigiLite line offer UV performance and a satin finish that can be used for light-duty applications such as exhibit signage, point-of-purchase displays, indoor and outdoor signage, decorated store fixtures, and more.

The sheets can also be reclaimed through Vycom’s Recycling Take-Back Program that recycles printed and unprinted PVC sheets, as well as scraps and drops from finishing and fabricating. The collected material, which can be PVC, acrylic, PE and PP, is returned to Vycom facilities and recycled into the company’s various products.

Celtec DigiLite Black sheets are available in 3 mm and 6 mm thicknesses in standard sizes.
