Worldcolor has appointed three people to its senior management team. John V. Howard, Jr. will become the company’s Chief Legal Officer; Robert L. Sell as Chief Information Officer; and Ben Schwartz as Executive Vice President, Human Resources.
“John, Bob, and Ben are highly talented individuals in their respective fields who have world-class experience in our industry and others,” said Mark Angelson, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Worldcolor. “I have had the pleasure of working with John and Bob in the past and I am confident they will complement and strengthen the Worldcolor management team. In the last two years, Ben has been instrumental in retaining and developing our people during an especially challenging time for our company and our industry. I look forward to working with these three leaders and the rest of our team as we move forward towards our goal of making Worldcolor the pre-eminent company in its industry.”
John V. Howard has over 22 years of experience working with global technology, manufacturing and media businesses. Howard held a number of senior positions at Vertis, Inc., including Chief Legal Officer and Secretary and Senior Vice President and General Manager Digital Solutions Group. He also has served as Global Intellectual Property Counsel at Andersen Worldwide and Senior Counsel at Quark, Inc.
Robert L. Sell has experience in design, development, operations, maintenance and integration of systems and enabling technologies across multiple business locations and industries. He has served as the Chief Information Officer for several international companies including, Moore Corporation, Moore Wallace, Coors Brewing Company, Brunswick Corporation, Eaton Corporation and Affinion Group.
Ben Schwartz joined Worldcolor in 2007 and had previously served as Vice President Corporate Human Resources and Global Rewards at Molson Coors Brewing Company and Corporate Vice President Human Resources Molson Inc. and Molson Coors Brewing Company.
