Jeff Crossley, Jon Riggs join MET sales team
Metropolitan Fine Printers (MET) is welcoming two new members to its sales team. Beginning this month, Jeff Crossley and Jonathan Riggs will bring their sales and customer service talents to MET.
A sales executive in the printing industry for almost 20 years, Jeff Crossley, Senior Account Executive, brings significant management and sales expertise to his new role, MET explains, noting that his “relentless approach to customer experience, relationship building and solving challenges has consistently helped to grow businesses and deliver strong results.”
Crossley has worked with a wide variety of organizations, including manufacturing companies, large retail chains, ad agencies, and Crown corporations. He will be working primarily with MET’s clients in Metropolitan Vancouver.
“Having known MET for many years, I developed a great deal of respect for the MET team and the integrity of the Kallas family,” he says. “I’m very pleased to join the company, especially with the upcoming move to a new facility and MET’s state-of-the-art equipment — it’s an exciting time.”
Most recently the Wine Director for the Nook group of restaurants in Vancouver, Jonathan (Jon) Riggs, Account Executive, says he is thrilled to bring his customer service experience to MET.
A veteran of the hospitality industry, Riggs has held various positions for notable restaurants including Bishop’s, The Flying Pig group, and the Nook group; he has also worked in operations management for multiple catering companies.
“It’s inspiring to work with MET’s attention to detail and their leading edge products, such as their commercial print services and environmental progressive processes,” he says. “I’m looking forward to working with the entire MET group to both support and build their top-tier clientele in Vancouver and beyond.”
