Avant Imaging & Integrated Media takes over CORRE

Ontario-based Avant Imaging & Integrated Media Inc. (AIIM) kicked off 2019 with news of its reverse takeover of Canadian Oil Recovery and Remediation Enterprises Ltd. (CORRE), a Canadian oil services company.

A provider of print, data-driven digital print communications and digital cross media, AIIM operates within a 72,000-square-foot campus in Aurora, Ont., with 70 full-time employees. The company was founded in 1990 by brothers Frank and Mario Giorgio. While AIIM’s heritage is commercial printing, AIIM explains it has developed a range of direct marketing services including aiim•PRINTSMART, aiim•ON·DEMAND, aiim•FULFILLMENT, aiim•CONNX, aiim•ANALYTICS, aiim•1:1, aiim•DIRECTMAIL, aiim•SMARTSTATEMENTS, aiim•VICIMAP, aiim•LARGE FORMAT and aiim•SOCIAL, with gross revenues over C$15 million in each of its three most recently completed financial years.
 
The company says CORRE’s name will be changed to AIIM – Avant Imaging & Integrated Media Inc. after the transaction closes.
