April 23, 2013  By

The Lindsay Paper Box Co. Ltd., established in 1951 and focused on the production of folding cartons, blister and skin packaging, upgraded its prepress department with a new Heidelberg Suprasetter 106 CTP system.

In conjunction with the arrival of its new Suprasetter, the company, located in Lindsay, Ontario, about an hour’s drive outside of Toronto, is now also running Heidelberg’s Saphira Chem-Free printing plate technology.

Saphira Bio ink features ultra-low VOC content that is typically two to three percent by EPA Method 24. The consumable also contains a high percentage of bio-derived, renewable raw materials.
