Dave Leskusky has been appointed as president of PRINTING United Alliance. Leskusky has successfully overseen operations at NAPCO Media, which melded with the Alliance in 2019 to further connect members and the industry at large.

In this move, Leskusky will retain his role in leading NAPCO Media as part of the PRINTING United Alliance portfolio and will additionally support Alliance efforts to streamline resources and services being offered from the Alliance, including preeminent industry education, training, workshops, events, research, government and legislative representation, safety, and environmental sustainability guidance.

Ford Bowers, PRINTING United Alliance CEO, will continue working closely with the board of directors. He remains the main liaison to members, exhibitors, and the press, and will represent the association on Capitol Hill as well as announce new developments and share major changes that are being implemented.

“We are pleased to appoint Dave as president of PRINTING United Alliance during this exciting time for the association and the industry,” said Bowers. “With the wonderful partnerships we’ve made recently, including recently welcoming Idealliance to the Alliance family, we recognized that a full-time focus was needed to serve in an overarching role. As the whole is greater than the sum of its parts, Dave will oversee operations and best practices to integrate and enhance the most valuable resources through our combined partnerships to plan for the long-term success in serving the industry.”

“I’m extremely excited to help lead PRINTING United Alliance in this new role,” said Leskusky. “I will continue to give back to our industry and work with our longstanding partners to provide even more resources and services to our members, printers, and suppliers. We are building a bigger tent which enables us to focus on key issues facing all printers and provide a stronger unified voice that has never existed in a previously fragmented landscape.”

Additionally, industry veteran Bill Pope has been appointed as vice-president, Technical Services.
