May 21, 2020  By PrintAction Staff

Mike O’Neal, president and CEO of #1 Network, Inc. will be retiring, effective June 1, 2020. O’Neal has been president of the company since August 1992. Under his leadership, #1 Network has grown dramatically, both within the graphic arts channel and by its stock-holding members. O’Neal will be succeeded by Roger Gould on June 1, 2020. Gould has been with the company since June 1999.

“We’ve been planning this change for a couple of years. There is so much that Mike brings to the table, it will be extremely hard to succeed him. He has gained the utmost respect from his colleagues as a person of integrity. His steadfast direction has navigated #1 Network through the highs and lows of the ever-changing graphic arts market. We have always come out on top because of Mike. He will be sorely missed as my mentor, but I promise to continue his legacy,” said Roger Gould.

“Mike is a highly regarded industry professional who has done a lot for #1 Network and its stockholders,” added Jerry Collins, Chairman of #1 Network’s board of directors. “His knowledge, commitment, and engagement made a profound difference that will have a lasting impact. Under Mike’s leadership, our stockholders have successfully taken tremendous strides forward, and we are deeply appreciative and thankful for Mike’s years of service and leadership.”
