Pickering-based Signage Source, which focuses on applications like interior signage, event signage, exterior structural signage and full installation services, is running a new HP Scitex LX800 inkjet device.
Installed in late-March, the Scitex LX800 is a 6-colour, 126-inch (3.2-metre) machine with a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, employing 10,560 print-head nozzles. The roll-fed device uses HP’s environmentally progressive Latex Ink Technology.
Founded in 2003, in addition to the new Scitex LX800, Signage Source lists five other primary wide-format printers, including the HP Scitex XL1500, HP Designjet L65500, Fuji Acuity Advance HS, Gandi 1224UV, and the Epson GS-6000.
